I would like to make a proposal that the EPF putting forward the following resoltion to the IPF Congress: The IPF shall have one Vice-President, as it is the case in in Europe and Asia. The IPF Vice-President should not come from the same country as either the President or Treasurer. The Regional Vice-Presidents shall be renamed as Regional Representatives and shall be voting members of the IPF General Executive. Reason: the same reasoning as for the EPF Vice-President. The Executive shall consist of the Working Executive (President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Treasurer) and the General Executive (all Regional Representatives and all Committee Chairmen).

5. Other Business

• Drug Test Results from the 1999 EPF Masters Powerlifting Championships. Josef Micka CZE, Ferry Van Der Meulen HOL, Piotr Kochetov RUS, John Blackburn GBR, Christine Guingual FRA, Sandra Locatelli ITA all tested negative. There were two positive results: Antonio Tacito ITA (anabolics), and Harry van der Brand Gerardus HOL (Ephedrine).
• 2000 EPF Membership Fees. The following Nations have yet to pay: ICE, IRE, HUN, POL, SVK, SUI, YUG, LIT, EST, BUL, UKR, POR, GEO. From February onwards, each month overdue incurs an additional 15DM.
• Norway has asked to be included in the EU Cup.
• Proposals for the EPF the Hall of Fame must be submitted in in writing no later than 20th April 2000.
• )1999 EPF Athletes of the Year, as voted for by the EPF Exectutive, are Elena Zhukova UKR and Jaroslaw Olech POL.
