The fee is €250 and the fine for late payment is €10 per month overdue.

Combined European Powerlifting Championships: National Federations are invited to submit bids to host the combined 2006 Men's and Women's European Powerlifting Championships. Bids have already been received from the Czech Republic and Finland.

Hotel Prices at the Men's Seniors: The EPF General Secretary has written to the Bulgarian Federation regarding the hotel prices at the 2003 Men's Senior European Powerlifting Championships in Sofia. The quoted prices for the championships hotels are higher than the standard room rates. The Bulgarian federation is now attempting to resolve this issue.

Revised EPF Constitution and Bylaws: A completely revised EPF Constitution and Bylaws, with a structure similar to the IPF Constitution and Bylaws, will be presented to the 2003 EPF Congress. Presidents of EPF member federations will each receive a hardcopy of the draft Constitution and Bylaws. Delegates are asked to bring a copy of the document to Congress.

Questionnaire: Twenty-one nations have returned the questionnaire, which was sent out in November. The General Secretary requests that those national federations who have not yet completed their questionnaires do so as soon as possible.
